I don’t know if I have not written blogs for a long time, 10 years? Or even longer.
From the earliest writing on Q-zone (Blog from Tencent), and Sohu blog, to setting up PJBlog and WordPress by myself, the program changed again and again, the domain name was altered repeatedly, and those who wrote blogs together gathered and then dispersed. Such is the ebb and flow of life.
WordPress is probably the CMS I’ve used the longest. It’s truly excellent, with a rich variety of plugins and themes. Its only drawback is the high maintenance overhead.
For example:
- Server expenses
- Spam comment attacks
- Getting hacked
- Database crashes
In recent years, the rise of independent media has made me consider transitioning to that model. Today, I’ve finally taken a solid step forward. (Part of the inspiration for this website comes from bmpi）
Moving forward, I plan to share personal growth stories and technical insights. I hope you find it helpful. I also welcome discussions and opportunities to grow together. Let’s go to the Moon 🌕
